Janice How Chui Peng
Founder & Director
Janice brings over 24 years of hands-on experience in construction and real estate development across Malaysia and internationally. Her career spans some of the region’s most technically demanding projects — from high-rise residential developments in the Klang Valley to landmark infrastructure abroad.
Most notably, Janice was involved in the construction of the Emiri Terminal at New Doha International Airport in Qatar — one of the Middle East’s most complex and prestigious aviation infrastructure projects. This international exposure has shaped her rigorous, detail-oriented approach to project delivery, which she brings to every NVenture engagement.
She has also contributed to the successful delivery of large-scale developments with a combined value of RM2 billion, reflecting her capability in managing complex, high-value projects. Notably, she led the successful revival of the Picasso Residence development, demonstrating strong leadership in navigating and turning around challenging projects.
At NVenture, Janice manages development coordination alongside construction oversight, compliance, and technical quality assurance, ensuring seamless execution from design development through to completion and vacant possession.

Andy Tan Choong Wei
Founder & Director
Degree in Land Administration & Development, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), 2001
Andy is one of Malaysia’s most experienced property development professionals, with over 26 years in the industry and a track record that speaks for itself. As former COO of PRG Property Sdn Bhd, Andy led the delivery of more than RM2.5 billion in gross development value across a wide range of asset classes — from landed residential and high-rise apartments to mixed-use and hospitality.
His expertise spans the full development lifecycle: land acquisition, financial feasibility, authority approvals, project structuring, sales strategy, and final delivery. Andy brings both the strategic breadth of a senior executive and the operational depth of someone who has managed complex projects from day one.
At NVenture, Andy leads business development, investment structuring, and overall project strategy — identifying the right opportunities and building the partnerships needed to bring them to life.
Key Highlights
A Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, specialising in large-scale mixed-use developments, shopping complexes, hotels, and institutional buildings. He has successfully led turnkey projects valued up to RM150 million — bridging consultant design and on-site execution through value engineering, structural optimisation, and cost-efficient delivery. His portfolio includes shopping malls, apartment blocks, boutique hotels, and complex substructure works across multinational environments, with a strong track record of reviving challenged projects and mentoring teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Project Director / Civil & Structural Engineer
Jason brings 16 years of property industry experience, beginning in valuation and retail leasing before moving into development in 2014. His expertise spans the full development cycle — planning, procurement, execution, and completion — across residential, mixed commercial, and industrial projects in prime Klang Valley locations.

Sally brings over 20 years of experience in financial management across listed corporations and MNCs. Her expertise spans corporate reporting, budgeting, compliance, and daily finance operations — with hands-on experience supporting organisations of 100+ employees and leading teams of up to 11. Known for her reliability, attention to detail, and steady approach, Sally is committed to accurate reporting and sound financial discipline that supports long-term organisational growth.

Finance Manager
A results-driven property professional with over 17 years of experience across development, asset management, and sales & marketing. Having built her career through Amanah Raya Properties, Jakel Properties, and PDMSB, she brings cross-functional expertise in leasing, credit control, and documentation management. Currently overseeing Sales Administration, Marketing, and the Credit Control Department across three portfolios, she is known for impactful marketing execution, strong analytics, and a commitment to mentoring her team toward excellence.
